Don’t forget the presentations about Britain in the 1960s are due on Monday. Feel free to email presentations to us if they are electronic. We’ve seen a couple of amazing efforts in class already this week!
Also, please could the children remember to bring in collage materials for their animal on Tuesday. This is part of our persuasive writing project on the Yorkshire Wildlife Park.
We hope all the children are looking forward to the trip to the Yorkshire Wildlife Park tomorrow. We’re sure it’s going to be fantastic!
Just a reminder to remember to bring a snack and a drink as well as a packed lunch, and to check the weather forecast and apply suncream before school if needed. Children can wear their own clothes, but they will need sensible footwear as there will be a fair bit of walking. A hat may be useful if it’s going to be sunny.
See you all tomorrow!
We started our electricity topic this week by exploring circuits and trying to make a bulb light up.
Apologies – we’ve had problems with the blog this week. The homework page is now updated with spellings for this week and next, and maths homework.
We’ve been doing loads of exciting things in class and there are lots of photos waiting to be uploaded! I’m hoping we’ll be able to do this before the end of the week.
Looking at shapes and angles this week…
